At Luma Health we are changing the way patients interact with their doctors by making it easier for doctors to see more patients, sooner.
Luma Health is looking for an Account Executive (AE) to drive revenue and account growth within our target healthcare market. As an AE, you will self-identify and work business opportunities in our target market of SMB clinics. You will own the sales cycle from start to finish. This is an excellent way to not only craft your prospecting skills but also to flex your skills as a deal closer.
Our Account Executives use a consultative selling approach (applying business insight and empathy) to make sure we meet the potential customer’s needs. Not only will you play a key role in building out customer relationships in the SMB Healthcare markets, you will be maximizing revenue opportunities from the first point-of-contact, up until closing the deal.
What does this look like for you on a day to day basis? You will be responsible for sourcing, researching, and maintaining the top-of-the-funnel pipeline to generate new opportunities for yourself. This requires making 75+ outbound touches a day (between email and rapid cold calls) as well as strategizing and identifying target key prospects and decision makers. Ultimately, you will be a pro at engaging clinic administrative staff in high-level aftermarket discussions to help in moving prospects forward in the sales cycle. 
On the other side of the spectrum, you will use your skill set to close deals and meet your quarterly revenue generating goals. You will schedule and perform web demos like an expert and master the art of converting a lead to a happy customer.
Furthermore, you will be highlighting our product’s unique selling points for prospect’s needs which will lead to making meaningful and valid connections between customer prospects and our amazing product.
What we are looking for:
  • around 1 year in cold calling/prospecting experience, and closing deals
  • a high EQ - you can apply both business acumen and empathy in all situations to sell smarter, not harder
  • impeccable project management skills and can be comfortable handling multiple prospects at once
  • strong written and verbal skills. You can convey complex ideas simply
  • a desire to learn and succeed in SaaS sales
  • passion for the grit and hustle of start-up culture
  • a sense of ownership, self-motivation, and humility

What would set you apart:

  • College degree or equivalent
  • 1 year of successful sales/business development experience in a B2B, SaaS environment
  • 1 year selling to medical clinics or in the digital health space
  • Proven success in cold calling and exceeding sales quota
  • Salesforce or similar CRM proficiency
