As a Client Success Program Lead, you will work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, PMM and Partner Engineering to define and drive strategy for successful onboarding for new Affirm business customers. The Client Success Program Lead will map the onboarding customer journey across all business customers from SMB to Large Enterprise and will make recommendations to improve the onboarding experience to reduce the time to launch, drive satisfaction and retention. The updates to customer onboarding defined by the Program Lead will be scaled across our customer base. This high visibility role will continually evaluate and improve the Customer onboarding process to drive success for our customers. In addition, the Program Lead will take on ad-hoc projects related to other phases in the customer lifecycle (growth and retention).
This role is based in our San Francisco HQ and reports to our Senior Director of Client Success.
