The Performance Marketing team at Redbubble is a key part of customer acquisition and retention. With a budget in the tens of millions, the team is responsible for the management and delivery of the program across a diverse portfolio of strategies including Paid Social, Paid Search, Affiliates and Display through technical expertise and strong relationships both internally and with marketing channel partners. It is a highly efficient, profitable program with clear opportunity to expand.

We are looking for a relationship-oriented, forward-thinking leader who will own the program roadmap and delivery, and provide mentorship to our team of highly effective performance marketers integral to continuing to scale our +$300mm company. The work you’d do:

  • Drive a performance marketing function in order to expand the customer base for our massive community of creators
  • Manage the largest portion of our paid marketing budget with a high sense of integrity, responsibility and commitment
  • Foster a sense of belonging and high performance amongst a lean, agile team of talented performance marketers
  • Deepen our relationships with key channel and advertising partners to ensure Redbubble has early access to the latest innovations
  • Develop and deliver on OKRs and ensure timely and accurate reporting across the business
  • Further evolve and support a best-in-class marketing technology stack combining internal and external solutions
  • Collaborate extensively with finance, creative, engineering, product and partnerships using a “one-team” approach
  • Recruit the absolute best to your team through healthy partnership with internal talent, utilizing your network and your love for building
  • Maintain a pulse on the evolution of the performance marketing domain, ensuring our resilience and sustainability within a crowded ecosystem

You stand out because you have:

  • A belief in our mission, alignment with our values, and enthusiasm in how you and your team will contribute to our vision
  • 10+ years experience in performance marketing (paid social, paid search, display, affiliates) of significant scale
  • At least 3+ years experience leading a performance marketing function for a high-growth consumer tech company  
  • Demonstrated people leadership capabilities including mentorship, hiring and leading
  • Strong, established relationships with some of the major digital channel partners (Google, Facebook, et al)
  • Hands on experience with robust marketing technology platforms and how to best utilize (e.g. data feeds, attribution software, DSPs)
  • Strong marketing analytics capabilities that allow you to dive into the data and into our software to get insights to inform your team
  • Deep experience giving and receiving feedback as a means to foster alignment, effectiveness and inclusion
