About the Role
Our Lead Sales Account Executive is responsible for the strategic acquisition and growth of new and potential enterprise customers. These individuals are passionate about delivering world class services to global customers and contributing directly to the top-line growth of Uber Freight. The ideal candidate is highly strategic and high-reaching, passionate about driving customer success, motivated by building and shaping the future, and a proven leader at driving customer growth. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing and dynamic sales team.
What the Candidate Will Do
- Solution sell to Enterprise companies
- Identify and research potential clients within an assigned territory
- Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, networking events, referrals to secure meetings with prospective clients
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation to closure.
- Utilize CRM tools to track activities, update account information, and forecast sales projections accurately
- Assess business opportunities and customer requirements to solve challenges through a sales solution approach for truckload, intermodal, LTL, dedicated collaborative and related services
Basic Qualifications
- Experience in the logistics & transportation industry
- Experience prospecting and calling on large customers
- 5+ years of related experience
- Familiarity with imports & exports
- Experience selling similar modes of transportation that Uber Freight offers
Preferred Qualifications
- Able to travel to meet with prospects and internal collaborators
- Track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas
- Experience maximizing a CRM to track and report
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation skills.
