THE OPPORTUNITYWe are hiring for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Client Sales Brazil team in São Paulo.
This role is part of Wellhub’s Brazil Enterprise Sales Development team, focused on driving strategic processes to shape our future in the enterprise segment. Our team values growth, with a strong track record of promotions, reflecting our commitment to skill development and impactful results. As an SDR in this team, you’ll engage with high-value clients, refine our approach with leadership support, and join a culture that emphasizes both growth and innovation. We’re excited to welcome a driven candidate ready to help us take our enterprise strategy to the next level.
YOUR IMPACT
- Receive inbound leads that are gathered from prospects reaching out directly to our website, registering for in-person events, webinars, and downloading Wellhub content.
- Manage a pipeline of leads, and guarantee immediate follow-up.
- Building a strong relationship with the Client Sales area as your main stakeholders.
- Overcome objections, properly educate and qualify prospects over the phone, chat, and email.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales goals.
- Demonstrate the value of Wellhub by educating companies on the importance of our company's mission and how it relates to the initiatives of each organization.
- Become the “go-to” person regarding new and existing target industries across multiple sectors and geographies.
- Continually seek and take advantage of opportunities to network with clients at industry events.
- Roll up your sleeves and help when needed.
- Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life balance.
WHO YOU ARE
- A true team player who loves collaborating to achieve both group and individual goals.
- Tenacious and goal-oriented - a plus if you have proven experience in business.
- Self-starter who can multi-task and adapt to a fast-growing organization.
- Coach-able as well as a visionary.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced English is a plus - you'll be in touch with global teams on a daily basis.
