As a Sales Strategy, Planning & Insights Manager, you will be joining the Revenue Operations team in supporting a high-growth, fast paced Sales and Customer Success org. In this role, you will be a strategic business partner to our sales leadership team in EMEA and APAC, driving GTM strategy for your regions, supporting key “run the business” processes, and leading strategic initiatives.
Candidates will blend strong business judgment, excellent communication skills and an execution-oriented mindset. There is a lot of building to do. We’re looking for folks who know what good looks like, but who are flexible, resourceful, collaborative, and excited to join us on our adventure to figure out both the right long-term vision and the right next steps for tomorrow.
What you'll do
As the Manager for Sales Planning & Insights, you will:
- Be a strategic business partner to Sales leadership in EMEA and APAC
- Develop holistic regional growth strategy, charting a path to financial targets
- Support the sales organization with “run the business” activities and deliverables, including driving the forecasting operating rhythm, triangulating forecast with data and analytics, synthesizing insights for QBRs, and partnering with leadership on sales priorities and OKRs
- Analyze the health of the business, and identify key challenges as well as opportunities for growth; build actionable plans to address any headwinds
- Drive annual planning for EMEA and APAC, including capacity allocation, GTM strategy and design, as well as carving and deploying territories
- Own and drive execution of strategic initiatives by working closely with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
- Build close relationships with key cross-functional business partners including Enablement, Marketing, Solution Consulting, Post-Sales, and others
Who you are
- You have 7+ years of prior experience, including 4+ years in Strategy / Business Operations within a high growth company, Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Private Equity, or Venture Capital.
- You are highly data-driven and analytical. You thrive on bringing actionability, rigor and scale to internal processes and business reporting.
- You understand drivers of business and sales performance, can diagnose common business challenges, propose domain-relevant solutions, and can draw on your knowledge of industry best practices.
- You are a strategic problem solver who can simplify complex problems and recommend relevant and actionable solutions.
- You have a proven track record of execution. You hold yourself and others accountable for delivering against commitments and driving results.
- You are an excellent communicator in all forms (verbal, visual and written) who can facilitate key discussions and drive leadership and cross-functional alignment.
- You are willing to “roll up your sleeves” to drive projects and impact directly.
