We’re looking for an experienced people leader to join our rapidly growing Customer Success Team. In this role, you will be responsible for growing and leading a world-class CS team to manage our Enterprise customer base. This is an opportunity to make your mark on a top-performing CS organization during MongoDB’s most exciting phase as we scale the team and program to meet our ambitious company goals. You’ll make a massive impact on the careers of your team members while growing your own career alongside a close-knit group of CS leaders across the global CS organization. 

We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Singapore Office for our hybrid working model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruiting: Identify and recruit top-talent to scale your team
  • Talent development: Grow your people by delivering effective feedback, coaching, enablement, and recognition
  • Program building: Design and execute strategic initiatives aimed at evolving the global CS program and increasing retention, expansion, and adoption
  • Execution: Enable your team to achieve by organizing around a set of key performance indicators to deliver against quarterly and long-term targets

Our ideal candidate will have

  • Experience in growing and managing a team of CS professionals
  • Experience working with large and complex customers. Familiarity with full stack development, DevOps, and databases is a plus
  • A high level of organization in your workflows. To manage and execute effectively, you’ll need to be a master of prioritization and time management 
  • The ability to build strong stakeholder relationships with peer leaders across various teams and influence decisions
  • An adaptive spirit. You embrace change and aren’t scared to challenge the status quo
