Veeam is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Corporate Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join the Legal and Compliance team.
As a Corporate Legal Assistant/Paralegal you will be supporting a variety of corporate legal tasks including but not limited to the creation and maintenance of global subsidiary minute books, ongoing preparation of corporate documents, periodic corporate filings, operate as point of contact for external corporate agents, support legal operations and facilitate cross-departmental collaboration, respond to KYC, due diligence, and internal stakeholder requests, and support other legal and compliance tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- 3+ years corporate experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working independently, and cross-functionally
- Ability to multitask and work towards multiple deadlines
- Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills

The salary range posted is On Target Earnings (OTE), which is inclusive of base and variable pay. When making an offer of employment, Veeam will take into consideration the candidate’s expectations, experience, education, scope of responsibility for the role, and the current market demands.
