We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative to maintain and manage lead generation across Latin America, supporting SMB Sales Manager's in the region, reporting directly to Brazil Country Manager. The SDR will be responsible for Lead Development and Qualification and act as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams to create new business opportunities by initiating and developing relationships with potential customers.

What you'll do:

  • Lead qualification ranging from self-generated to marketing produced from strategic marketing campaigns 
  • Contacting potential clients through cold calls and emails 
  • Presenting Payoneer solutions to potential clients across all verticals 
  • Identifying client needs and qualify opportunities  
  • Proactively seeking new business opportunities in specific markets and verticals 
  • Setting up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Sales Representatives
  • Reporting to the Sales Director on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results 
  • Remaining current on new products/services, pricing and competitive environment 
  • Presenting strategic plans to leadership regarding new business opportunities 
  • Campaign creation, tools management, measurement and reporting skills are critical to success
  • Ensuring SDR pipeline is organized, full (targets, SF leads, lead status, outreach) for marketing campaigns   

What we're looking for:

  • Great organizational skills, the able to juggle many tasks and segment responsibilities on a daily basis
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Proven ability to work across multiple organizations  
  • Track and record sales quotas and goal attainment 
  • Extensive experience with CRM, BI and other sales generation tools 
  • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts) 
  • Understanding of KPI's/sales performance metrics
