VideoAmp is seeking a Talent Acquisition Senior Manager who will be an exceptional addition to our growing team. As a Talent Acquisition Senior Manager at VideoAmp, you will ensure smooth function of all tools used by recruiting, you will brainstorm, experiment, collaborate and iterate quickly to identify and implement the right approaches in getting outstanding talent in our door,  and be the representative of recruiting in cross-functional projects that involve the team. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, sets a high-quality bar, and likes to solve problems. Responsibilities:

  • Provide full-cycle recruitment (researching, scheduling, screening, closing) for multiple roles and teams across the organization 
  • Use a combination of recruiting techniques to creatively evaluate, network, and hire top tier talent
  • Lead candidates through the interview, assessment, and offer process
  • Partner with business groups regularly to understand priority roles, required skills, company culture, position profile, and other key success factors
  • Support hiring managers in writing job descriptions, updating job ads, and promoting the company
  • Ensure proper function of integrations between our systems: Greenhouse, Career Site, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Track, maintain, and improve recruitment metrics
  • Oversee new recruit onboarding and training; implement improvements to make it effective, intuitive, and scalable

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
  • BA/BS Degree 
  • Experience in recruiting top talent within the advertising, media or adtech industry
  • An established history of collaborating with hiring managers and HRBPs
  • Strong interpersonal skills and business insight vital to interacting with candidates and leadership within the organization
  • Validated and successful track record of engaging, selling, and recruiting talent
  • An analytical approach that understands the importance of tracking metrics, both individual and team goals to increase performance
  • Ability to qualify talent across a range of roles
  • Stellar organizational skills and time management and ability to quickly prioritize various top priorities, self-manage projects, balance multiple tasks
  • Strong understanding of Recruiting and HR functions and interdependencies with other functions
  • Passion around DEI to attract and hire a wide range of individuals with support of various tactics and tools
  • Strong understanding of onboarding training processes and ability to lead onboarding training

Minimum base salary of $138,000 + Equity + Benefits. The actual compensation offer will be determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, applicant's qualifications, skills, and experience.
