The community was born in 2021 when a college professor noticed how difficult it was to find and maintain mentoring relationships. The idea has blossomed into a social media app that awards cryptocurrency to users who share their knowledge and guide one another. Pedestal users are everyday individuals who believe in creating a world that is cultivated by collaboration and intuitiveness.
