Welcome to Employbl! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Employbl, including any content, functionality, and services offered through the Employbl software (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Employbl, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Employbl.
2. Use of the Service

3. Lifetime Access
3.1 Pricing and Entitlements
By making a one-time payment of $299, you are granted lifetime access to Employbl, including all current and future features.
3.2 Transferability
Lifetime access is non-transferable and is intended solely for the individual who made the purchase.
4. Data Access and Usage
4.1 Data Ownership
You retain ownership of any data you input into Employbl. By using Employbl, you grant Employbl a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute your data.
4.2 Data Security
Employbl takes reasonable measures to secure your data; however, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.
4.3 Data Retention
Employbl may retain your data as long as necessary for the purposes set forth in these Terms or as required by law.
5. Changes to the Service and Terms
Employbl reserves the right to modify or terminate the Service at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of Employbl after any changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
6. Termination
Employbl may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service for any reason.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Employbl be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
