Business Development & Project Analyst - Terradot

We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Business Development & Project Associate to support our business development and pilot project execution efforts. This role will be critical in driving internal efficiency, managing multiple workstreams, and contributing to high-impact initiatives. The ideal candidate is a structured thinker with a consulting background who seeks a more hands-on role with greater ownership.

Role Responsibilities: 

• Support business development and pilot project execution.

• Develop high-quality presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making.

• Manage project timelines and ensure smooth execution.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency

Background and Requirements: 

• 1-2 years of experience in management consulting or a comparable high-stakes environment.

• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
