That’s where you come in! We’re looking for a Data Science & Analytics Intern to support the Technology Team in Data Science, Analytics, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Generative AI. The ideal candidate is eager to learn and naturally curious about technology, data, and healthcare with a desire to gain experience at a high-growth technology company.

*This is a paid internship based at the Kalderos office in Boston, MA from June 9th - August 8th, 2025. You will be expected to work 40 hours/week at $25 per hour.

What You'll Do:

• Assist with data exploration, cleaning, and quality checks
• Understand business needs to identify appropriate features
• Build statistical and machine learning models to provide insights
• Share insights via a visualization platform
• Collaborate with other business leaders to incorporate machine learning models into business operations
• Monitor metrics postproduction through data / model drift
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Participate in creative ideation and brainstorming sessions
• Work alongside a talented group of interns across departments with an opportunity for social and volunteer events with the cohort
• Upon completion of your internship, present your project to your fellow intern cohort and leaders across the organization

What You’ll Bring:

• You're a rising junior, senior or recently graduated with a degree in computer science or a related field.
• Programming languages: Python, SQL (required skills)
• Hyperscaler: At least one of AWS, GCP, Azure, Databricks
• Visualization: At least one of PowerBI, Tableau, Looker
• Classical Machine Learning models

• Generative AI: Copilot; Familiarity with at least one of the foundational LLM models
• Experience after building several data science, machine learning, and AI projects and familiarity with various project phases.
