We are seeking a highly organized and proactive part-time Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Founder. This senior-level role requires an individual with exceptional administrative skills and the ability to manage professional and personal matters efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting high-level executives, with a focus on discretion and the ability to handle complex tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Founder, including but not limited to managing emails, drafting correspondence, and preparing reports.
  • Efficiently handle calendar management, ensuring optimal scheduling of meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for the Founder and the team, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Conduct in-depth research on various topics, including meeting attendees, to ensure the Founder is well-prepared for all engagements.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of team meetings and events, both on-site and off-site.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Manage and execute personal tasks and errands for the Founder as needed.
  • Act as the point of contact between the Founder and internal/external parties.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support the Founder’s personal and professional needs.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of [X] years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a technology or startup environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite) and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Must be flexible and adaptable to meet the evolving needs of the Founder.
