🧑‍💻 What is this role?

As a Growth Coordinator at Bounce, you'll play a key role in bringing the customer side of the Bounce network to the next level. You'll drive growth at scale through SEO to bring the freedom to explore to millions of people in Japan.

👷🏾‍♀️ Where you come in

• Grow a thriving travel community in Japanese by managing digital marketing campaigns, driving content marketing opportunities and supporting partnerships development

• Build site authority through strategic online partnerships and outreach

• Own user-base (customer) expansion effort for Japanese market

• Collaborate with Regional Operations, Product, Design, and Engineering to deliver results

✅ Your profile

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing or similar, experience in tech industry or travel industry is a plus

• Business level of English fluency and native level of Japanese fluency are required

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional partners

• You’re highly motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• You’re analytical and curious

• You’re detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
