- ZeroTier is a successful startup backed by leading venture capital investors including Battery Ventures, Bonfire Ventures, Anorak Ventures and First In Capital. Our mission is to directly connect the world’s devices and enable a new era of decentralized computing. This role will report directly to the CEO while working closely with the executive team, and will be central to helping ZeroTier scale. The position will be responsible for growing, evolving, and operationally optimizing the ZeroTier platform during a rapid growth phase for the company and the larger network security industry. We are looking for an exceptional leader and performer who is growth-minded, collaborative, and accountable with a prior history of success leading and growing diverse and effective engineering and operational organizations. While this is a remote role located anywhere in the continental United States, preference will be shown to qualified candidates in or near ZeroTier’s operating hub in Portland Oregon.
