Your Job Opportunity:

• Work independently as an internal liaison to accomplish tasks to meet performance requirements.
• Manage time and resources to facilitate multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
• Maintains customer records by updating account information and task status using project management tools.
• Assists the engineering team with station testing and identifying Root Cause Analysis when unforeseen issues/risks threaten the project's success.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and the fulfillment team
• Reports on the status, issues, and any changes to the overall project; helps support the iteration of internal processes and strategy.

You will:

You have: 

• 3+ years of experience in post-sales project management, onboarding preferably in SaaS implementation project management roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Self-motivation with strong interpersonal skills
• Exceptional organization and prioritization skills
• Ability to complete multiple tasks and projects within scope and deadlines
• Track record of working cross-functionally with internal teams from the end of the sales cycle through successful product implementation
• Desire to learn quickly, think outside the box, and come up with solutions to problem.
• Experience with Salesforce, Slack and project management software
