Requirements:

• 6 months on NMC  & 6 months ITU experience in the last 12 months
• 2 Clinical ITU references in last 3 years.
• Copy of Non EPP immunisations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the ICU, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and managing life support equipment.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Assess patients' conditions and respond quickly to changes in their status.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and post-discharge care.
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records and documentation.
