What You'll Accomplish
  • Lead the product and business strategy to win across the Enterprise segment of prospective email customers
  • Collaborate with major enterprise clients and sales teams to gain deep insights into customer needs, understanding their business and marketing strategy to ensure their success
  • Drive email roadmap prioritization across customers, customer-facing teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to accelerate product growth and create a seamless, high-performing customer experience
  • Lead thorough and efficient development processes across all cross-functional teams, from engineering and design to GTM stakeholders
  • Dive deep into the data to understand the why behind trends and create new features to accelerate those trends
  • Your Expertise
  • You have 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager leading strategic vision, launching impactful products, and driving business outcomes for customers
  • You have exceptional communication skills, with the ability to rally executives, cross-functional teams, and customers around a unified vision
  • You have experience working closely with customers and customer-facing teams to ensure product goals align with overall business objectives
  • You are able to manage difficult tradeoffs - quickly identifying the situation + options, framing the situation, and driving alignment
  • You think deeply, quickly and analytically - you are comfortable sorting through data and using it to make data driven decisions
  • You are creative and motivated - you always find a way
