- Saronic Technologies is a leader in revolutionizing defense autonomy at sea, dedicated to developing state-of-the-art solutions that enhance maritime operations for the Department of Defense (DoD) through autonomous and intelligent platforms.Job OverviewSaronic is looking for an experienced Netsuite Systems Architect to oversee and optimize our Netsuite ERP system. You will be responsible for the administration, optimization, strategic utilization and customization of our Netsuite platform and related integrations. You will work cross-functionally, with Finance, Operations, IT, Manufacturing and Sales to ensure Netsuite can deliver accurate reporting and drive efficiencies throughout the business. You will act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, providing expertise, training and support to maximize system adoption, ensuring a scalable and reliable ERP for the organization.This is a full-time role, reporting to our Corporate Controller, based in our office in Austin, Texas.Responsibilities
- NetSuite Administration
- Serve as the primary administrator for the NetSuite ERP system, ensuring optimal configuration, maintenance, and usage.
- Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and system access to ensure data security and compliance.
- Develop, implement, and maintain workflows, customizations, saved searches, and reports to meet business needs.
- Data Management & Integrations
- Manage system integrations, including CRM and MES/MRP, with third-party applications and APIs, ensuring seamless data exchange.
- Oversee data integrity, including data imports, cleansing, and validation.
- Create and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and analytics tools to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- System Optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Procurement, Shipping & Receiving, Production, Business Development) to gather requirements and improve system functionalities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the NetSuite environment.
- Regularly evaluate and deploy NetSuite updates, patches, and new modules.
- Project Management
- Lead NetSuite implementation projects, upgrades, and enhancements, from planning to execution.
- Document business processes, technical configurations, and user manuals for training and reference.
- User Support and Training
- Provide ongoing technical support to end users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system reliability.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into system solutions.
- Compliance and Security
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and NetSuite best practices.
- Monitor system performance, resolve potential issues proactively, and ensure data security and backup protocols are in place.
- Strategic Planning
- Stay updated on NetSuite's latest features, trends, and developments to recommend future enhancements.
- Assist in budgeting, cost management, and strategic planning for ERP-related expenditures.
- Support leadership in leveraging NetSuite to achieve business goals and scalability.
Qualifications- NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation Certification.
- Strong expertise in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteAnalytics.
- Experience with NetSuite OneWorld and multi-subsidiary environments and NetSuite integrations via APIs and third-party connectors.
- Experience with Salesforce – NetSuite integrations
- Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., Workato, Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft).
- Experience working in manufacturing / production environments
- Background in SQL, JavaScript, or other scripting languages.
- Proficiency in saved searches, reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Strong knowledge of financial processes, inventory management, and CRM functionalities in NetSuite.
- Experience in ERP implementation, system optimization, and business process automation.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
