職務內容
數位廣告投放與優化
- 規劃並執行廣告策略，包括但不限於 Meta Ads、Google Ads，提升品牌影響力與轉換
- 廣告素材企劃（圖片設計概念、文案撰寫、受眾設定）
- 透過 Looker Studio、GA4、Mixpanel 等工具，進行廣告成效分析與優化
產品行銷與推廣
- 推廣產品功能，制定 GTM（Go-to-Market）策略，吸引並轉化新用戶。
- 運用 Braze 等工具精準再行銷，優化體驗並提升用戶留存率。
- 與產品團隊協作，確保行銷活動與產品策略一致
跨國協作與商務廣告專案管理
- 與海外行銷團隊協作，包括文案翻譯與在地廣告優化討論
- 與商務團隊合作，為企業客戶或內部專案提供廣告策略建議
基本條件
- 2 年以上廣告投放經驗，具備全方位廣告投放能力，包括策略擬定、預算分配、廣告投放操作與優化、數據洞察與分析
- 熟悉 Meta Ads、Google Ads 廣告操作，且熟悉廣告成效追蹤工具，能透過數據分析及洞察提出廣告優化策略
- 具備廣告關鍵字研究能力（Google Keyword Planner、Ahrefs），精準鎖定投放受眾
- 具備商務思維，理解廣告背後的業務目標，能主動優化廣告策略
- 具備基礎的圖像設計能力，能夠使用 Photoshop、Canva 等工具製作簡單的廣告素材
- 良好的中文書寫及口語表達能力，以及中級以上英文聽說讀寫能力，能與國際團隊協作
加分條件
- 海外市場廣告投放經驗
- 具備百萬等級季度預算的廣告投放經驗
- 具備 Google Ads 、 Google Analytics、Facebook Blueprint 認證
- 同時具備 toC / to B 投廣經驗
- 具備 SEO/SERP 優化自然流量的經驗與知識
