Job Description: As a Principal Product Designer at 15Five, you will be accountable for a demonstrable impact on our customers and our business through the design of our platform as both a hands-on maker and strategic leader.

Design high-quality, end-to-end experiences that create measurable impact for our customers, in partnership with product management, engineering, and others
Co-create the near-term and long-term future of 15Five’s platform
Facilitate concept explorations to drive bold and innovative thinking across 15Five
Use AI to create new experiences for 15Five’s customers and improve existing experiences
Prototype and test quickly, applying your learnings to your designs on a daily basis
Make data-informed design decisions based on your own research, as well as customer and market insights

You have designed complex platforms that serve multiple personas and workflows.
You naturally think visually—when someone shares an idea, you instinctively start sketching and asking questions.
You can rapidly explore multiple ideas and iterate with speed and precision.
You are obsessed with the people you design for, immersing yourself in their world through research, podcasts, books, and direct conversations.
You embrace rigorous design critique because you care about shipping the best possible product.
You thrive in a high-velocity startup environment where speed, iteration, and ownership are key.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE
12+ years of product design experience in fast-paced environments
A hands-on, extreme ownership mentality for making customers successful through design
Significant experience in a fast-moving startup or scaleup environment focused on velocity and customer impact
A portfolio demonstrating impactful product design work, as well as vision and concept cars, from a variety of projects
Experience with AI-driven UX and machine learning-powered design systems
Willingness to pitch in to help your teammates and other stakeholders
Visual thinker who loves to show their work and receive feedback
Able to see the big picture but know that design is the details
