Ideal SDRs have a strong understanding of the sales process, and excel at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting our sales closers up for success. You will coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and design to bridge the gap between product and revenue.Why Attentive needs you
- Research, engage, and identify potential customers for our software platform from a Named Accounts List of companies that meet our Ideal Customer Profile
- Send outbound emails, calls, and social touches to drive customer meetings for Account Executives with key buyer personas
- Achieve and exceed KPIs while maintaining quality of pipeline
- Develop a mastery of our sales process with a focus on optimizing customer buying experience

- Hard-working and persistent, putting in the time before and after meetings to deliver great results
- Openness to coaching and training
