The Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Sr. Account Manager to help us support and grow our Solar financing business with our national strategic accounts. In this role you will be working closely with existing partners as well as helping bring on new strategic accounts. This role will be a front line resource for our largest, strategic partners.  20% of the role will be leading development of sales training and best practices. You will absorb the Mosaic experience: strategic sales, culture and processes, then take that bank of knowledge to create content and build and refine best practices.

Location: We are a remote-first company. This role has a national focus and can be based in most US states. Up to 30% travel is required. 

Your day-to-day

  • Manage relationships with and support our national, strategic solar accounts 
  • Promote high-quality and compliant solar loan volume
  • Provide an outstanding experience to the Mosaic strategic account network
  • Conduct phone and web-based appointments to train installers and sales reps, build relationships, communicate developments, and collect feedback
  • Collect and resolve installer issues
  • Represent installers’ needs to Mosaic’s marketing, operations/support, and product development teams
  • Exceed target loan volume and meet/exceed metrics for borrower credit quality
  • Work cross-functionally as a part of the Mosaic team to increase our market share
  • Contribute to forecasting performance for your accounts

We are looking for someone with:

  • 2+ years successful B2B sales and account management experience in the solar space
  • Documented top sales performance in a solar lending platform is a plus
  • Solar and Consumer Finance Industry experience
  • Knowledge of solar lending platform financial products
  • You are a strong communicator
  • You are a strong team player and collaborate well on a fast paced, high performance team
  • You have the ability to see around the corner, to anticipate problems, and create their solutions before they adversely impact your business.
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Data-driven, but with the ability to tell the story behind the numbers
  • Excellent prospecting skills
  • High integrity that leads to strong partner compliance
  • Deep commitment to growing the movement for people-powered clean energy

Compensation: The base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000. The position is eligible for incentive pay in accordance with the terms of the applicable commission or incentive plan. In addition, we’re proud to offer a range of competitive benefits.
