The Opportunity

To achieve our ambitious objectives, we are seeking a Head of International Channel Sales to join our Global Channels and Alliances Organization. This role will be responsible for establishing a robust partner ecosystem across Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Asia Pacific regions. The goal is to enhance Grammarly’s value proposition and expand our reach, ultimately connecting with our top customers by leveraging new partnerships with Resellers, Service Providers, and System Integrators.

As the Head of International Channel Sales, you will be responsible for establishing and leading a dedicated team focused on recruiting, enabling, and activating a global network of productive partners. This initiative aims to enhance the sales and service of Grammarly-based solutions. 

In this role, you will:

  • Scale Grammarly's customer sales and success objectives in English-speaking countries through recruitment and engagement of top-tier Resellers, Global and Regional System Integrators.
  • Utilize solution-based selling techniques to strategically recruit suitable partners, resulting in reduced activation time and increased mutual business impact.
  • Develop a business case-driven activation plan in collaboration with solution architects, partner marketing managers, and other supporting teams.

Key Results to Achieve:

  • Drive exceptional sales growth by demonstrating effective leadership, building strong organizations, engaging partners, and executing a well-planned go-to-market strategy for global expansion.
  • Clearly define and communicate a strategic vision by territory, encompassing funnel/account/territory status, resource needs, challenges, and achievements.
  • Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of frontline leaders and Solution Sales Executives to exceed sales targets for Grammarly. Promote a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
  • Engage effectively with major partners and prospects to stimulate revenue growth and ensure success.
  • Create comprehensive and compelling long-term joint business cases in partnership with approved Resellers, Service Providers, and System Integrators.
  • Launch a cohesive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy to generate a partner-influenced pipeline, collaborating with cross-functional team members.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Partner Sales.
  • A compassionate leader and enthusiastic learner who values diversity, excelling in a dynamic, high-growth environment. A dedicated team builder, collaborator, and leader.
  • Proven ability to define, develop, and execute go-to-market strategies that leverage partnerships in a fast-paced, ever-evolving landscape. Experienced in working closely with channel partners.
  • Strong Communicator: Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills; a highly effective influencer.
  • You proactively seek opportunities to initiate change and positively disrupt the status quo.
