Job Description
As Senior Manager, Demand Gen, you will be accountable for creating high-quality, high-intent pipeline that rapidly turns into revenue for our new logo business and expansion business.
OUTCOMES
  • Hands-on ownership of high-quality, high-intend, fast-moving pipeline in alignment with 15Five’s marketing strategy
  • Deep understanding of the why behind what’s working and what’s not concerning demand creation and demand capture
  • Create and maintain real-time dashboards and reporting frameworks to track marketing campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
  • Implement data-driven segmentation and audience targeting strategies to improve engagement rates and conversion efficiency.
  • Real-time improvements and optimizations of systems, processes, and tech to deliver more pipeline per dollar
  • Excellent cross-functional partnership with Sales Development, RevOps, Sales, Account Management, Digital-Led Engagement, and other critical stakeholders
  • Management of a small marketing team that delivers a big, critical impact for 15Five
  • Full alignment with the Refine Labs / Chris Walker approach to demand creation and demand capture
  • Own the connection between demand gen and sales development, ensuring seamless campaign handoffs, nurture flows, and process alignment.

  • You have successfully built and scaled demand gen functions using the Refine Labs / Chris Walker methodology.
  • You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments, making real-time optimizations and strategic pivots.
  • You’re both analytical and creative—you see demand gen as a blend of art and science.
  • You love being a player-coach, leading by example and rolling up your sleeves to execute alongside your team.
  • You maximize every marketing dollar, finding creative ways to drive efficiency and impact.
  • You embrace a startup mindset—you move fast, iterate faster, and take extreme ownership of results.


  • DESIRED EXPERIENCE
  • 7+ years of Demand Gen experience as a high-performing IC and/or manager
  • People management experience not required, but you need to want to be a world-class manager alongside your significant, critical, hands-on player responsibilities
  • A hands-on, extreme ownership mentality
  • Significant experience in a fast-moving startup or scaleup environment focused on velocity and customer impact
  • Willingness to pitch in to help your teammates and other stakeholders
