About the Role
We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the strategic development of our RCS Business Messaging capabilities—a transformative new channel that will revolutionize mobile messaging. This is an opportunity to shape the future of personalized mobile engagement at a hyper-growth technology company.

Over the last two years, we've developed AI-powered products that help marketers refine their audience, sharpen their copy and personalize messages. Now, we're bringing that AI expertise to RCS Business Messaging to create truly immersive and conversational experiences.
What You'll Accomplish
  • Lead the development of AI-powered RCS features that maximize message performance through optimized formats, content, and timing
  • Drive the product strategy for new conversational AI experiences leveraging RCS capabilities like suggested replies, carousels, and rich media
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to execute large-scale RCS feature launches that impact company-level goals
  • Translate customer feedback and market research into compelling product specs and roadmap priorities
  • Define and track key performance metrics to measure the impact of RCS features on customer engagement and revenue
  • Contribute to the overall RCS product vision and strategy, particularly around AI integration and personalization capabilities
  • Your Expertise
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager at a SaaS company, with a track record of shipping successful features
  • Experience with AI/ML technologies and their practical applications in marketing or messaging
  • Deep understanding of mobile messaging, rich media, and conversational interfaces
  • Strong analytical skills with experience defining metrics and making data-driven decisions
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills with the ability to rally cross-functional teams around a unified vision
  • Experience working with enterprise customers and understanding their needs
  • Track record of independently driving product strategy for large complexity features
  • Ability to balance technical feasibility, business value, and user experience in product decisions
