Superblocks is the all-in-one programmable platform for developers to build beautiful, secure, enterprise-grade internal tools fast: build any internal app, automate any workflow and schedule any job. Developers use the Superblocks development environment to bind their datasources and UI components together using drag and drop or code. Many programming languages are already supported, including Javascript, Python and SQL.  Superblocks apps, workflows, or jobs are then deployed onto a custom URL with permissions, SSO, audit logging, and other enterprise functionality.

What you'll do:

• Gather feedback from customers, partners and internal stakeholders to inform product strategy and drive roadmap discussions with Superblocks’ Founders and Product Managers
• Conduct market research and develop persona-specific positioning across a multitude of industries and use cases
• Work across the organization, in close partnership with Sales, to develop outreach assets, persona-based talk tracks, positioning, product demos and use cases to pitch
• Lead product launches and feature releases across Product, Sales, and Marketing
• Cross-functionally lead a team to write technical content on new releases for the Superblocks blog in addition to spearheading partner marketing with customers
• Collaborate across Marketing teams on ads and marketing content for events, ads, webinars, and landing pages to ensure product positioning shines through
• Own our marketing cadence in partnership with our DevX team to deliver high-quality, high-conversion content

You Are:

• Very technical and genuinely excited about emerging B2B software
• A pro at developing positioning and messaging for products that serve multiple use cases and personas
• Able to work through ambiguous challenges and collaborate to build agreement
• Experienced distilling complex research into clear and unique messaging
• Confident managing multiples projects simultaneously

Compensation for this role is $140,000 - $170,000 USD + a generous equity package.
