The Role:

The Senior Product Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top-tier talent in the Product industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the technology landscape, a proven track record of success in recruiting product talent, and a passion for building high-performing teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and identify top-tier tech talent through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and referrals

  • Evaluate candidates not just for technical skills but also for their fit with our core values

  • Streamline the recruitment process to quickly secure top talent, demonstrating our commitment to moving fast with conviction

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand department needs, crafting strategies that embody our pursuit of craftsmanship and innovation

  • Stay ahead of tech trends to ensure we attract forward-thinking candidates who are committed to driving long-term success

  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, emphasising our values of ownership and never settle

  • Keep stakeholders informed with timely updates on recruitment progress, reflecting our values of taking ownership of our actions and decisions

  • Leverage recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement, aligning our hiring practices with our core principle of optimizing for long-term value, ensuring we not only meet but exceed our recruitment goals.

Skill And Experience You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, computer science, or a related field

  • 7+ years of experience in recruiting, with experience in product hiring

  • Strong understanding of the tech industry and its hiring landscape

  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting top-tier tech talent

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with high attention to detail

  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Proficiency in recruiting tools and software
