About the Role

 As the Tech Lead of Buyer Experience  Team at Nivoda, you will play a pivotal role in refining and building our Buyer facing Marketplace platform both on Web and Mobile, Innovating solutions for  our customers' needs, and driving technical excellence within the team and work closely with cross-functional teams to build a world class Marketplace platform.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design and implementation of customer experience focussed Marketplace Features , ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.

• Develop and prioritise scalable solutions that enhance customer interactions and transcending  Buyer Experiences  with great UI/UX at its core

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines throughout the development lifecycle.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely support to internal teams and external customers.

• Stay up to date on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance Nivoda's platform

Your qualifications and experience:

• 9+ years as a software engineer and at least 3+ years of Tech Lead experience in the React and NodeJS ecosystem.

• You have experience building features and products with a sizable active usage and Improved Performance of Applications based on Benchmark.

• You have excellent knowledge of Javascript, Typescript, React, Node JS  and its core Principles.

• You have experience with automated testing suites, like Jest and RTL and build tools and code versioning tools such as Git, Webpack, npm, etc.

• You have experience with micro frontend development ,  GraphQL & Apollo Client.

• You have experience in Microservice Architecture and Knowledge of AWS Could Systems

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling complex technical Projects and challenges.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

• B.S or M.S Tech degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering.

• Experience in React Native is a huge bonus.
