Primemas Hub Chiplets, or ''Hublets'' use high-bandwidth, low-latency D2D interfaces to achieve seamless infrastructure sharing with custom partner dies, making them a universal choice for a wide variety of markets (CXL, AI, Crypto, Data Analytics). With Primemas Hublets, the cost and time needed to design and manufacture a custom SoC can be reduced by a factor of 10x.
