We are looking for a skilled CoE Project Manager to temporarily cover maternity leave (6-8 months). The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience managing transformation projects, AI initiatives, and operational processes. This role is pivotal in driving cross-departmental digital transformation efforts, ensuring smooth project execution, and aligning strategic objectives within the organization.

The CoE Project Manager will work closely with Info-systems, Business Intelligence, and Product teams, ensuring the successful implementation of AI-driven and operational process improvement projects. The role requires a structured approach to project management, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive complex initiatives.
What will you actually be doing?
  • Ownership of project execution end to end from identifying the value, setting goals, getting stakeholders buy-in and enforcement of the new processes.
  • Working closely with all relevant departments’ stakeholders, both the operation teams and Management to achieve the project's goals.
  • Project management of the BI\IS\Product development of required changes.
  • Ensure the departments’ operation and enablement teams release and enforce the change management related to our projects.
  • Close Collaboration with the WalkMe Digital Adoption team for processes.
  • What should you bring to the table?
  • 3-4 years of relevant project management and experience
  • Experience in developing business infrastructure, implementing new technologies and business processes within global organizations, energetically scaling a high-growth business
  • Preferred experience in managing development and release cycles with Info-system, Business Intelligence and Product teams
  • Excellent project management skills with an understanding of how systems work and how to improve them through transformative and iterative approaches
  • Strong problem solving and analytical ability
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
