About the team/role
As a Collections Analyst you will be responsible for high volume contact with our customers, collecting receivables and reconciling disputes as necessary.  The right candidate will excel at controlling past due while keeping customer goodwill, driving results in a rapidly changing environment.  As a Collections Analyst, you will report to the Manager, Credit & Collections.

What you’ll do

  • Owns and manages customer collections accounts in the US & Canada.
  • Provides timely resolution of past due and disputed items with customers to ensure continued relationship.
  • Collaborate with customers, sales, customer success, revenue and billing operations to resolve various issues.
  • Analyze information and communicate with manager and team as needed to determine next steps.
  • Manage the refund, agency and write off process for assigned set of customers and see through completion.
  • Reconcile customer accounts.
  • Maintain detailed record of interactions with customers including follow up and next steps.
  • Identify resolution of larger scale issues with are negatively impacting customer experience.
  • Other projects/duties as assigned.
  • Partner with internal teams and develop relationships to ensure positive collaboration.

What you bring

  • 2+ years of collection experience
  • Sense of urgency in collections and delivering and prioritization of tasks
  • Excellent negotiation skills, ability to gain trust and confidence with customers, leadership and peers.
  • Proven history of successful dispute reconciliation/troubleshooting.
  • Effectively able to manage workload to a deadline.
  • Ability to identify root cause issues, offer possible solutions and/or next course of action.
  • Collaborative, positive, team player with commitment to outstanding customer service with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high volume, high growth atmosphere.
  • Experience with Oracle, JIRA and Tesorio is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, strong written and oral communication skills

We use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop ranges for our roles and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range. If this role is remote, we have listed the top to the bottom of the possible range, but we will specify the target range for an exact location when you are selected for a recruiting discussion. The base salary range for this role is $67,002 to $78,826 in Denver, CO.
