Job Description: Emailing Manager
Job Summary:
The Emailing Manager plays a critical role in executing email marketing campaigns within specific regions or countries under the guidance and direction of the Global Email Marketing Manager. This position is responsible for implementing targeted email strategies to drive engagement, acquisition, and retention goals within their assigned regions. The Emailing Manager leverages their expertise in email marketing best practices, segmentation strategies, and performance analysis to achieve localized campaign success and support broader global marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Regional Email Campaign Execution:
Execute email marketing campaigns aligned with regional marketing strategies and objectives.
Collaborate with the Global Email Marketing Manager to localize global campaign assets and messaging for regional audiences.
Segmentation and Personalization:
Utilize regional customer data and segmentation techniques to personalize email communications and enhance relevance.
Implement targeted content strategies to optimize engagement and conversion rates within specific market segments.
Campaign Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
Monitor key email performance metrics (e.g., deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and analyze campaign results.
Optimize email campaigns based on performance insights, conduct A/B testing, and implement continuous improvements.
Localization and Compliance:
Ensure all email campaigns comply with regional regulations (e.g., GDPR, local data privacy laws) and adhere to email marketing best practices.
Coordinate with global and regional teams to localize content and ensure cultural and linguistic relevance in email communications.
Collaboration and Reporting:
Collaborate closely with regional marketing teams, creative dept, and internal stakeholders to align email campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
Provide regular reporting on email campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to the Global Email Marketing Manager and regional stakeholders.
