Finance & Shared Service Centre Manager - Veeam Software

We are seeking a talented, innovative, experienced, and proactive Finance Manager to join our growing team, to support our business growth and expansion across the Asia Pacific and Japan region. The right candidate will ideally have previous experience in a similar role in a multinational company environment. Finance Strategic Business Partner attitude and people management experience are essential for this role. Systems aptitude is preferred. This role will report to the Senior Finance Manager.

Responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:

• Ensure monthly accounting close is completed by corporate reporting timelines;
• Oversee and actively manage General Ledger (GL) by ensuring that accounting entries are properly authorized and recorded, including preparation and review of account reconciliations;
• Oversee Accounts Payable and employees expense reimbursement;
• Support commission and payroll-related processes along with internal controls where required;
• Support tax compliance (CIT, Tax Audit report, Transfer Pricing report/3CEAA, Corporate Governance, GST, Indirect Tax (WHT), Provident Fund, Profession Tax);
• Coordinate and manage group and statutory audits, and manage local accounting service provider activities;
• Maintain applicable document retention requirements.

Job Requirements: 

• Proven working experience as a Finance Manager
• Appropriate tertiary degree qualifications in Accounting or Finance. CA/CPA/ACCA or working towards this qualification is preferred

• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, FloQast, Coupa, and Workday (Desirable)
• Advanced computer skills including a strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft-based applications, in an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English is required.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders

• Proven knowledge of international accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
• Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to a high-growth environment
• Strong attention to detail, able to work independently and prioritize well in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills with willingness to engage at management level
