Job Summary:
The Foodservice Sales Operations Manager is responsible for the internal cycle of lead flow generation through trade system planning and reporting. This individual will work closely with sales, sales strategy and customer marketing teammates to develop and execute trade programs, tools and outreach that facilitate customer engagement and growth.
They will break down data and system barriers, building new processes and solutions to streamline the planning process. This role is part of the Sales Strategy, Customer Marketing and Sales Operations team and will report into the Senior Sales Strategy Manager, Foodservice.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Oversee pipeline process to ensure accuracy and accountability for the sales team
  • Optimize broker pipeline integration into pipeline system
  • Complete conversion reporting for both direct and broker identified pipeline
  • Be the Salesforce and Blacksmith expert: conduct system training for users, problem solve system challenges, identify opportunities to streamline inputs, develop and share reporting
  • Monitor pipeline metrics and KPIs to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with sales teams to qualify leads, prioritize opportunities, and drive pipeline growth
  • Assess and optimize Sales productivity tools
  • Work with customer marketing and sales leadership to ensure B2B campaigns and customer and industry trade shows are appropriately tracked for conversion and ROI
  • Work with third party vendors to qualify leads
  • Work with sales leadership to develop trade promotion strategies (i.e. rebates), optimizing for ROI and effectiveness
  • Provide guidance and support for the National Account, Non Comm and Field Sales Teams on sales tools
  • Flexibly support needs as the business grows and evolves
  • Basic Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of CPG experience
  • A genuine interest and passion for Impossible Foods’ mission
  • Ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative cross-functional environment
  • A passion for creating solutions and building processes
  • A self-starter mentality with an exceptionally high quality bar
  • Ability to make complex concepts easily understandable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Intellectual curiosity and an appetite to continuously improve and learn (growth mindset)
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Foodservice sales, sales operations, sales strategy
  • Understanding of Salesforce and trade management systems
  • Understanding of Foodservice E2E customer model
