Job Description
We’re looking for a Mid-Level Designer with a few years of experience to join our dynamic marketing and creative team. You will be responsible for creating eye-catching designs that will help position Gopuff as the top choice for grocery delivery. From digital assets and landing pages to CRM campaigns and large-scale OOH advertising, you’ll play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brand. As part of the revenue ops team, you will report to the commercial planning manager and worth with the CRM, Acquisition & Retention teams. You Will:
  • Creative Design: Conceptualize and produce engaging designs for a wide range of platforms, including digital ads, landing pages, CRM campaigns, and out-of-home (OOH) advertising.
  • Brand Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent visual branding across all touchpoints, from large advertising campaigns to customer communications.
  • Landing Pages & CRM: Design and optimize landing pages and CRM content to enhance the user experience and increase conversion rates.
  • OOH Campaigns: Lead the design of impactful, large-scale OOH advertising, ensuring that key brand messages are communicated clearly and effectively in public spaces.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the wider creative, marketing, and product teams to deliver cohesive and innovative campaigns.
  • Innovation & Ideas: Bring a fresh, creative perspective to help differentiate Gopuff in a competitive market.
  • You Have:
  • Experience Level: 2-5 years of design experience, with a portfolio showcasing work across digital, OOH, landing pages, and CRM.
  • Design Tools: Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator. Experience with Figma is preferable.
  • Creative Thinking: A strong conceptual thinker with the ability to translate ideas into engaging, on-brand designs.
  • Advertising Campaigns: Previous experience in creating designs for large-scale advertising campaigns, especially across OOH and digital channels.
  • Branding: A passion for branding and the ability to help visually position Gopuff as the go-to grocery delivery platform.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
