Are you a college student or recent graduate looking to gain real-world experience in business processes, compliance, and audit preparation? Do you enjoy organizing information, working with different teams, and learning how businesses operate behind the scenes? If so, this internship is for you!

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Business Process Management & Compliance team. In this role, you will assist with process documentation, support compliance activities, and help ensure our team is prepared for an upcoming SOC2 Type 2 audit. No prior experience in compliance is required—just a willingness to learn and contribute!
What You’ll Do
  • Process Management & Documentation Support - Help check that all required documents are organized, updated, and audit-ready by working closely with different teams. Assist in creating and updating process documents (don’t worry, we’ll guide you!).Ensure all documents follow company branding and are properly uploaded to Confluence with the right access settings.
  • SOC2 Audit - Support Assist in scheduling and organizing meetings for the external SOC2 Type 2 audit. Help collect and organize important documents needed for the audit. Make sure all necessary information is available for external assessors to review.
  • Report Creation & Process Improvement - Brainstorm ways to improve and automate reports used by the department. Support reporting for OpenAI usage, CIP, corporate goals, and change management. Explore the use of AI tools (such as GPTs) to streamline processes.
