We are looking for a team player who is motivated and enthusiastic about all things digital. The SEM Operations Specialist will work closely with SEM team members located in Ireland, US and Poland as well as other departments to ensure flawless campaign execution in a timely manner. The SEM Operations Specialist role will be responsible for campaign execution activities across all of Groupon’s markets. This position requires attention to detail, passion for operational excellence and the ability to multitask while working to tight deadlines.

You’ll spend time on the following:
Add/block keywords, add extensions, optimize/update copy and creatives
Monitor daily performance
Participate and/or own the denylisting process globally
Run manual Google Ads campaigns to provide the best customer experience
Help the SEM team in daily operations and weekly/monthly reporting
Keep track of the latest Google trends, solutions and products
Obtain Google Search Ads and Google Shopping Ads certifications
Other duties as assigned
We’re excited about you if you have:
Having a great interest in Paid Marketing and SEM
Familiarity with Google Ads interface
+1 year of experience in digital marketing (preferably in paid channels)
Oral and written language skills in English (a must)
Understanding of digital serving concepts (PPC, ROI) and bid management
Fast-learning approach
Strong analytical approach - ability to draw insights from data from different channels
Proficient technical skills in MS Office and G Suite, especially in Excel (Pivot tables)
Good attention to detail and ability to follow processes
Excellent organizational skills
Good interpersonal and strong communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
(Not required, but considered to be an asset) Degree (or the equivalent) in a related field (Marketing/Business/Communication)
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing will be an asset
