Job Description: Zoox is building autonomous mobility from the ground up. Our Operations teams sit at the heart of this, enabling us to run the vehicles as well as provide a high level of service to riders before, during and after their ride.
In this role you will:
Lead a group of product managers to serve our users across all Operations groups including Alpha Ops, Base Ops, Mission Ops, TeleOps and Rider Ops.
Establish and define metrics and KPIs that measure the health and performance of these systems as well as their impact on Operations employees, our customers, and our overall business.
Drive meaningful improvements to these KPIs, ensuring our business is built to scale effectively.
Manage a team of 5+ Product Managers overseeing the roadmaps of all Operational Tools,
Work closely with Engineering, Design, and Technical Program management, to track and execute progress
Partner with Operations managers to ensure alignment on roadmaps, KPIs, priorities, and progress for Operations employees.

Minimum qualifications:
8+ years of Product Management experience driving measurable improvements through product development.
3+ years of people management experience.
Experience with ownership over a portfolio of products through the entire product development lifecycle from ideation and initial requirements to launch and ongoing iteration.
Experience driving iterative improvement to KPIs through ongoing roadmap prioritization.
Experience building highly reliable, mission critical products.
Strategy and leadership skills; Proven track record of effective collaboration with internal partners, stakeholders, and customers to drive alignment and key outcomes.
