Shift4 is expanding globally and we are building up our Salesforce teams! We are looking for a Manager of Salesforce Architecture based at any of the following Shift4 locations: 

Las Vegas, NV / Tampa, FL / Atlanta, GA / Morrisville, NC / Center Valley, PA

Responsibilities

The Manager of Salesforce Solutions Architecture has direct ownership over Salesforce solutions and strategy across all teams. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team and have a direct impact on major solutions and designs! The Manager will lead a small team of highly qualified solution architects developing and enforcing common architecture processes, inspiring best practices, mentoring and direct solutioning. While this role is a leader, it is expected that the majority of the time would be spent architecting solutions and influencing the architecture among the team as a player coach. 

Day to day activities will include:

• Act as a Salesforce Technical SME to inform technology, product and business stakeholders of native Salesforce functionality as it relates to their business needs.
• Evangelize best practices with product owners, BAs and Admins so they are empowered to make independent decisions where appropriate.
• Assist in the technical design and specifications for incoming tactical and strategic initiatives while ensuring other architects are empowered and able to operate independently.
• Enable the team by removing blockers and resolving team, technical and process challenges. 
• Make key build/buy decisions and native vs custom recommendations.
• Create and maintain design and architecture and best practice standards.
• Work with other technology groups to provide SFDC perspective on integrations and downstream system impact at an enterprise level.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Leader or Salesforce Solution Architect with multiple certifications leading to a technical and/or system architect credential
• Strong development background well versed in custom development and complex custom orgs
• In house experience in a large organization solutioning with respect to complex technology infrastructures
• Large project experience with the ability to execute as a key leader in the program ensuring other departments are informed, enabled and supported

Skills that are a plus to have

• System Architect+ preferred.
• CPQ Certification preferred
