THE POSITION

The Marketing Analyst is part of Zeta’s Activation team in London and builds the strategic and tactical foundation for our data-driven marketing efforts.  It is their responsibility to provide actionable insights to both our clients and our internal teams.  For our clients, the Marketing Analyst partners with our Sales and Account Management teams to monitor campaign performance, produce recommended optimisations and deliver presentations that tell a data driven story centred on actionable insights. For internal teams, they analyse data across our Data Cloud and other sources to inform Go To Market messaging, strategies and use cases.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyse large data sets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities, transforming multiple inputs into meaningful insights
  • Craft compelling data-driven narratives that inform strategic decisions for clients and internal marketing teams
  • Partner with clients and account teams to deeply understand business challenges, designing analytical frameworks and testing plans that deliver actionable intelligence
  • Evaluate and report on campaign performance, identifying key drivers of success and areas for optimisation to drive measurable improvements
  • Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to present campaign performance to client stakeholders, clearly communicating the impact of optimisations and the rationale behind strategic adjustments
  • Utilise the Zeta Data Cloud and other sources to inform sales and marketing strategies, unlocking new use cases and business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain impactful data visualisations that make complex insights easily digestible and actionable, leading to better outcomes and client delight

  • A great communicator who can convey complex technical features in simple terms
  • Someone with an aptitude for media strategy and able to contextually relay concepts to clients
  • Able to multitask and prioritize among several high-profile clients
  • Eagerness to work in a startup team environment that will be rapidly changing
  • Enthusiastic team player – good at collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • Data driven, creative, self-starting, and curious

THE CANDIDATE

  • 2 - 4 years of working experience in Programmatic, AdTech or MarTech Space
  • Knowledge of the Programmatic Advertising ecosystem, platforms, formats and channels
  • Experience with SQL , data manipulation tools and Excel/pivot tables.
  • Excellent presentation/visualisation/storytelling skills with PowerPoint
  • Excellent diagnostic skills
  • Technical acumen to understand how to design campaigns that optimise the use of an ad tech platform
  • Professional oral and written communication skills
  • Client facing experience

SALARY RANGE

The salary range for this role is £60,000 - £80,000, depending on location and experience.
