Lead & Inspire: Manage a team of 5 engineers, ensuring top performance and professional growth.
Strategic Vision: Shape the cloud infrastructure roadmap and provide direction for hybrid cloud solutions.
Hands-On Expertise: Deep dive into tools and technologies, including Google Cloud, Jenkins, Grafana, Prometheus, and more.
Efficiency & Observability: Design scalable systems, implement CI/CD pipelines, and ensure robust monitoring solutions.
Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including SRE, database engineers, and tech leads, to deliver high-quality solutions.
Continuous Improvement: Evaluate existing technologies and suggest enhancements to drive better outcomes.

Proven Leadership: Experience managing teams of 5+ engineers in global, fast-paced environments.
Technical Expertise: Strong foundation in cloud platforms (GCP, AWS preferred), CI/CD pipelines, observability tools, and modern tech stacks (Java, Node.js, React, Docker).
Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges independently.
Delivery-Focused: High attention to detail and a bias for action, ensuring timely completion of projects.
Excellent Communicator: Skilled in engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.

📖 Tech Stack Highlights

Cloud Infrastructure: GCP, AWS (future hybrid options).
CI/CD: Jenkins, Github Actions, ArgoCD.
Monitoring & Observability: Grafana, Prometheus, ELK stack.
