Sigma is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Partnerships Intern to join our Partnerships team for the Summer of 2025. This 12-week internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in partner enablement, go-to-market strategy, and ecosystem collaboration. You will work directly with key internal teams and external partners, contributing to projects that have a direct impact on Sigma’s growth
Internship Program Qualifications:
Current student:
- Applicants must be currently enrolled in a university undergraduate degree program in the U.S with a graduation date of December 2025 or later
- Able to intern from June 2025 through early August or September 2025
Authorization:
- You must be legally authorized to work in the US during the Summer 2025 program
- Visa sponsorship is not available for our internship positions, but we welcome applicants on a student visa (with authorization to work in the U.S.) to apply
Location:
- Applicants must be able to work in-person in our office in San Francisco, CA for the duration of their internship.
- Relocation assistance will be provided for students who will need to relocate for the Summer in the form of a relocation bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive ecosystem partner playbook to educate and enable the sales team on Sigma’s key partners, including Databricks, Snowflake, and other technology providers.
- Conduct research and interviews to gather insights on partner offerings, co-selling opportunities, and best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the Partnerships, Enablement, Sales, and Product teams.
- Build actionable content and resources that drive engagement with ecosystem partners.
- Track and measure the impact of the partner motion, including the generation of SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads).
- Assist in planning and coordinating Partner Enablement and Appreciation Events across ecosystem partners.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership at the conclusion of the internship.
Qualifications:
- Current undergraduate student (preference for rising seniors) pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Analytics, or Data Engineering.
- Strong communication, research, and organizational skills.
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across teams internally and externally
- Problem solver with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
- Open to learning new tools and technologies
- Interest in partnerships, business development, and the data analytics industry a plus
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with data visualization or analytics tools is a plus
- Experience in business development or partnerships is a plus
- Able to commit 40 hrs a week for 12 weeks in-person in our San Francisco, CA office

Additional Job details
Interns at Sigma are compensated with an hourly rate and relocation bonus (where applicable). Our hourly rate for this role is $36.00 - $40.00 per hour.
