Responsibilities:
- Ideation & Strategy: Identify and prioritize new product opportunities that improve user experience and drive growth metrics, including user engagement, retention, and acquisition.
- Feature Development: Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to define, design, and execute impactful new features. Lead projects from conception through to launch, ensuring alignment with overall growth objectives.
- Experimentation & Analysis: Design, implement, and evaluate A/B tests and other growth experiments to validate hypotheses, leveraging insights to make data-informed decisions.
- User-Centric Focus: Gather and analyze user feedback, identify pain points, and prioritize improvements to continuously enhance the user experience.
- Roadmap Planning: Manage and communicate the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with both the broader product strategy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, data analytics, and product engineering teams to deliver growth features.
Requirements
- Experience: 3-5 years in product management, ideally within a growth-focused role at a consumer technology or media company.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with A/B testing, growth experimentation frameworks, and data analytics.
- Technical Understanding: Ability to work effectively with engineering teams; familiarity with app development cycles and agile methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey ideas, progress, and insights effectively to cross-functional stakeholders.
- User-Driven: Passionate about user experience and has a proven track record of generating ideas that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is listed below. Pay may vary based on a number of factors including job-related skills, level, experience, geographic location and relevant education or training. At NewsBreak, we design our overall rewards package to attract top talents. Depending on the position, the role may also be eligible for discretionary bonus and options.
