- Collaborate with Palantir’s sales leadership to build strong connectivity around sales activity, account coverage, and team performance.
- Work as part of Palantir’s sales operations team to enhance CRM effectiveness by developing new systems and processes to support a rapidly expanding sales team.
- Develop, manage, and maintain a suite of dashboards using Palantir products to ensure accurate and high-quality reporting and analysis.
- Manage systems to ensure data compliance and quality across our sales tools.
- Provide key stakeholders with the data and information needed to optimize sales strategy and execution.
- Develop and communicate a weekly sales report highlighting trends and analysis across all teams + departments.
- Support revenue growth management and align with sales leadership on process gaps and execution needs.
- Special projects and ad hoc analysis.

- Ability to structure complex, ambiguous problems, derive insights from data, and articulate clearly with multifaceted teams up to the senior leadership level.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to influence diverse org functions at varying levels of seniority throughout the org; basically you can execute as well as recommend.
- Exceptional attention to detail, including a keen eye for identifying inconsistencies.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to take on distinct responsibilities ad hoc.
What We Require- 3+ years of professional work experience in business or sales strategy, finance, operations or analytics.
- Expert level excel skills, you can build a model that forecasts any business motion.
- Expert with SQL, you can join any data sources you need together.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business equivalent.
