The Role

Operations Analysts track projects, remove roadblocks, and drive outcomes, enabling Palantir teams to focus on their strengths. In this role you will lean on your execution skills, thought partnership across multiple facets and team. You need to see how things are developing, and proactively think ahead!

You will use your organizational and innovative skills to enhance team productivity. Resourcefulness and effective communication are key, especially in ambiguous situations.

You will advance projects and ensure successful outcomes. The ideal candidate is collaborative, balances differing goals, and supports team members and Palantir’s mission. We value accountability and high expectations, with a focus on producing the best solutions, while remaining open to feedback.
Core Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Palantir’s sales leadership to build strong connectivity around sales activity, account coverage, and team performance.
  • Work as part of Palantir’s sales operations team to enhance CRM effectiveness by developing new systems and processes to support a rapidly expanding sales team.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain a suite of dashboards using Palantir products to ensure accurate and high-quality reporting and analysis.
  • Manage systems to ensure data compliance and quality across our sales tools.
  • Provide key stakeholders with the data and information needed to optimize sales strategy and execution.
  • Develop and communicate a weekly sales report highlighting trends and analysis across all teams + departments.
  • Support revenue growth management and align with sales leadership on process gaps and execution needs.
  • Special projects and ad hoc analysis.

  • Ability to structure complex, ambiguous problems, derive insights from data, and articulate clearly with multifaceted teams up to the senior leadership level.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to influence diverse org functions at varying levels of seniority throughout the org; basically you can execute as well as recommend.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, including a keen eye for identifying inconsistencies.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to take on distinct responsibilities ad hoc.
  • What We Require
  • 3+ years of professional work experience in business or sales strategy, finance, operations or analytics.
  • Expert level excel skills, you can build a model that forecasts any business motion.
  • Expert with SQL, you can join any data sources you need together.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business equivalent.
