About the Role
We're on the hunt for a standout Senior Marketing Operations Manager who brings to the table a rich background in marketing data systems that will set you apart. This critical position is tasked with developing our marketing tech stack, enhancing workflows, and establishing a solid reporting framework to foster informed strategic decisions. The role calls for proficiency in system architecture, marketing automation, and CRM platforms, with a focus on sophisticated reporting and the pursuit of efficiency and effectiveness within our marketing division with HubSpot and Salesforce CRM Analytics as mission critical.
What the Candidate Will Do
- Become the go-to authority for all technologies related to acquiring prospects and engaging customers, including but not limited to marketing automation, CRM lead management, ABM platforms, web platforms, and data analysis tools
- Take charge of the marketing technology portfolio, including tools like HubSpot, and ensure seamless integration with the broader organizational tech ecosystem in collaboration with IT
- Craft and refine core operational processes to enhance teamwork and communication between marketing and sales
- Ensure the marketing database and lead management systems are flawlessly maintained, with a keen eye on data integrity and workflow efficiency
- Proactively monitor and manage database quality, spearheading data segmentation, analysis, and enhancement initiatives to improve marketing precision and effectiveness
- Serve as a mentor and educator for the marketing team, promoting alignment, consistency, and adherence to best practices across the board. This includes collaborating with sales to enhance technology use and reporting
- Lead the charge in identifying and implementing process improvements within the global marketing team to boost operational efficiency and effectiveness
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of direct experience managing a Marketing Automation Platform, including system architecture design, administration, and deployment
- Basic knowledge of HTML, HTML5, CSS for web development
- Proficiency in SQL
- Experience with Salesforce
Preferred Qualifications
- Hubspot certification
- Extensive experience in data modeling and visualization, ideally within a CRM Analytics framework
- Experience with 6sense or other ABM platforms
- Experience with CMS, including headless CMS
- Experience with building API integrations
- Deep understanding of database architecture, along with data modeling and attribution principles
- Exceptional analytical skills, capable of turning complex data sets into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities, geared towards effective cross-functional teamwork

- Colorado: The salary range for this role is $137,100 - $161,750 a year.

- Illinois: The salary range for this role is $137,100 - $161,750 a year.
- Minnesota: The salary range for this role is $113,715 - $138,645 a year.
- New Jersey: The salary range for this role is $138,895 - $169,455 a year.
