We’re making e-commerce accessible for tier-2+ markets who are new to e-commerce and have almost never transacted online before🤩 Our Design team is as diverse as our users. Today, the team comprises about 48 Designers – including Interaction, Visual, Motion, and Content Designers🙌

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll be part of a team solving a unique problem, one that’s mostly untouched by other e-commerce players.

But wait, there’s more! We’re individuals who are obsessed with our users. We empathize. We solve at grassroots levels. We’re breaking all the barriers -- be it language, literacy, culture, or technology💪

This year we created a brand new Design System followed by a full app revamp - all in just 3 months! It’s hardly a coincidence that our monthly orders improved by 2.5x in the last six months.

About the Role

Love designing? Excited about creating great user experiences? Have a passion for getting into deep data? Then you may be our next Senior Product Designer🤩

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll get the opportunity to own end-to-end experiences. You’ll collaborate with Research, Product, Business, Data, and Engineering teams to create delightful and impactful experiences for our users. In this role, you’ll break down complex tasks by understanding customer and business needs and translate them into easy-to-use, intuitive, and delightful designs.

You'll be able to quickly communicate your decisions and solutions verbally as well as through sketches, user flows, wireframes, hi-fi mocks, and functional prototypes.
What you will do
Build new experiences via mockups, wireframes, flow diagrams, sketches, and other UX artifacts and validate them with the users
Conduct quick rounds of usability testing
Present your designs and communicate key decisions to stakeholders for review and incorporate feedback
Collaborate with the research, product, business, and engineering team to build scalable and impactful solutions
Advocate for the user while understanding business requirements
Effectively use quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions and measure success
What you will need
4+ years of design experience in a product company
Experience with startups and fast-paced environments is an added advantage
A strong portfolio demonstrating strong interaction and visual design skills
Eye for detail and a drive to learn in a fast-paced environment
Experience in consolidating stakeholder and Research feedback and/or insights into your work
Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholder management
Ability and willingness to quickly produce concepts and test ideas
Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, and other design and prototyping tools
