We’re looking for a Passionate, Communicative, and Client-Facing hands-on Integration Engineer to join our fast-growing engineering team at Topsort!
This is not just another engineering role—here, you’ll have the opportunity to take full ownership of integrations, working directly with APAC customers to shape how our cutting-edge retail media API solutions seamlessly connect with the world’s leading retailers, marketplaces, and delivery apps.
Key Responsibilities (Why this role)

Own the entire integration process – You won’t just be following instructions; you’ll be leading integrations end-to-end, solving complex challenges, and acting as a trusted technical advisor to our clients.

Be the bridge between tech & customer success – Work directly with clients, engineers, and product teams to deeply understand their needs and ensure seamless API integrations. Your solutions won’t just be functional—they’ll be impactful and user-friendly, strengthening long-term customer relationships.

Solve real-world challenges with agility – Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations for top-tier retailers and marketplaces, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your quick thinking and hands-on problem-solving will directly enhance the client experience.

Build stronger client relationships – This isn’t just a technical role; you’ll be the face of our engineering team in APAC, helping customers navigate their integration journey. You’ll own key client interactions, build trust, and become a go-to expert for their integration needs.

Requirements (Why you)

Degree – Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or a related field.

Industry Experience – 3+ years in software development, managing integrations, APIs, system interoperability, or ad tech is a plus. etc.

API Expertise – Strong experience with RESTful APIs, authentication methods (OAuth), and data formats (JSON, XML).

Integration Development – Expertise in building integration tools and APIs to enable seamless connectivity.

CRM & Platforms – Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and integration platforms.

Language Proficiency – Fluency in English (Advanced level) required for working with international clients.

Communication & Stakeholder Management – Strong ability to interact with both technical and non-technical audiences, translating complex concepts into actionable insights.

Agility & Adaptability – Highly agile and adaptable, able to navigate change, iterate quickly, and drive solutions in dynamic environments.

Creativity & Problem-Solving – A creative thinker with a solution-driven mindset, able to tackle challenges with innovative approaches.
